More than £591,000 is being awarded to 34 community projects across South Yorkshire aimed at preventing violence.
The projects will tackle issues including knife crime, violence against women and girls, youth violence and criminal exploitation.
Representatives from the organisations receiving the funding are gathering in Sheffield on Tuesday 6 October.
The money is intended to support community-led projects working directly with people at risk of violence or exploitation.
The funding comes from the South Yorkshire Violence Prevention Partnership.
