Puck Stop

Established in 1995, Puck Stop has been the UK’s leading specialist in ice and inline hockey equipment for over 30 years. Trusted and loved by players of all levels, from beginners learning the basics of how to play hockey , to seasoned pros and everything in between, we are proud to offer the largest selection of hockey sticks , skates and protective equipment in the UK.

Puck Stop is a proudly family-run business, based in Sheffield, that began in 1995; inspired by a challenge faced the year before when one of our sons took up ice hockey and struggled to find quality equipment anywhere in the UK.

There were few shops with the right hockey gear he needed for his game, and even fewer with staff who truly understood the needs of hockey players. That experience led us to identifying a gap in the market and inspired us to create a store that was run by players, for players – and so, Puck Stop was born!

As hockey players ourselves, we know exactly what it’s like to walk into a shop and not find the gear, guidance or support you need. That’s why we pride ourselves on having a knowledgeable, dedicated team of staff ready to offer expert advice and support to players of any level.

The majority of the Puck Stop team have played, or still play ice hockey, giving us real insight into exactly what our customers are looking for. Whether it’s helping you choose the right hockey stick or getting the perfect skate fit , we’re here to make sure you’re ready to perform your best out on the ice.

At our core, we just love ice hockey!
